Mini sends the new five-door hatchback with a new base engine on the Street: The First One has 75 hp and costs from € 16,800 – € 1,550 less than the previously cheapest model, the 102 bhp One. Thus, there is a five-door now just like the three-door variant of seven engines: four petrol, three diesel .
Driven the new entry-level model of a 1.2-liter three-cylinder turbo with direct fuel injection and variable camshaft control. 75 hp and up to 150 Nm of torque push the Mini in 13.4 seconds to 100 km, the consumption according to the manufacturer at 5.2 liters (121 grams of carbon dioxide per kilometer). One of the first moves forward with a 6-speed manual transmission.
